Shipping & Delivery Policy

1、Order Processing
All orders are prepared and packaged within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipment-confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

2、Transit Time
Standard delivery takes an additional 10–15 business days after dispatch. Please allow extra time during peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen carrier delays.

3、Tracking Your Parcel
Use the link in your confirmation email to track progress in real time. If the tracking page shows no updates for 7 consecutive days, contact us at [email protected] and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

4、Duties & Taxes
Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your local customs office and cannot be prepaid or refunded by us.

5、Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

6、Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, customs clearance, or other carrier-related issues. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel, contact the carrier first; then reach out to us within 14 days so we can assist.
